02. Bookings & Reservations
A booking enquiry does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required booking details and payment, where applicable, have been completed.
03. Pricing & Payments
All applicable accommodation charges, taxes, and payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process. Full or partial payment may be required depending on the property and booking type.
04. Check-In & Check-Out
Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings communicated at the time of booking. Valid identification may be required during check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
