At SJRN Properties, we aim to keep our booking and refund process simple and transparent.
01. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made through our official contact channels. Refund eligibility depends on the booking type, cancellation timing, and terms shared at the time of booking.
02. Refund Eligibility
Eligible cancellations may receive a full or partial refund after applicable charges or deductions. Non-refundable bookings, special offers, or promotional rates may not be eligible for a refund.
03. Advance Payment
Any advance payment made to confirm a booking will be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms communicated during the booking process.
04. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the amount paid may be non-refundable.
05. Early Check-Out
Leaving the property before the confirmed check-out date does not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund will depend on the applicable booking terms.
06. Booking Changes
Changes to check-in dates, check-out dates, guest numbers, or apartment selection are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing or additional charges.
07. Cancellation by SJRN Properties
If SJRN Properties needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances and an alternative arrangement cannot be provided, an eligible refund may be offered according to the applicable booking terms.
08. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
09. Refund Requests
For cancellation or refund requests, please provide your name, booking details, payment reference, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.
